Tunde Eso, because of his passion for growth in Africa, has given academic and vocational training scholarships to a number of Youths and less-privileged people, and due to his relentless corporate social responsibility activities and intellectual acumen displayed in the society he has received many awards which includes Corporate Social Responsibility, Award of excellence for outstanding contribution to the society by AS+A communications in November 26th, 2010 along with former Minister of Information, Prof. Dora Akunyili and for his intellectual acumen, he was awarded with ‘Icon of Intellectual Capacity in Nigeria’ by National Association of Polytechnics (NAPS), Nigeria in April, 2016, ‘Outstanding Youth of the Year Award of Indigenous Governance and Entertainment Award (IGEA) by AMEBO9JA on 27th of February, 2017, and Leadership Personality of the year by PALEC Prestige Anchor Leadership, Empowerment and Capacity Awards on 13th July, 2017 at Abuja; got ‘African youth advocate’ award 2017 by AFRIMS; Yoruba Youth Award for Excellence Leadership on 13th October 2017 by Omidan Yoruba in Ogun State, Federation of Ijesa Student Union (FISU) Oscotech Esa-Oke chapter award of excellence presented to Tunde Eso as a vivacious Youthocrats of the year on 16th of December 2017, Faculty of Arts Students Association , OAU, Ile-Ife in Nigeria awarded him ‘founder of youthocracy’ on 21st May, 2018 and Discovery for Youths 2018 on 29th May 2018, awarded him thus ‘In recognition of your relentless contribution to the development and empowerment of the Nigerian youth’. In 2021 International Societal Impacts Organisation with African Five Star Icon awarded him for 'we conferred on your contribution to humanity, society, Nations, God's kingdom and ISIO organisation'.
In May-July 2023, Coalition of Nigerian Youth on Security and Safety Affairs (CONYSSA) awarded Tunde Eso for his outstanding participation in the 1st Nigerian Youth Multi-Stakeholders Conference on Drug Abuse and Demand Reduction along with Ms. Yemisi Ramson Kuti and Mr. Umar Isa Adoro who is NDLEA Lagos State Commander.
He is highly sought by Televisions, Radio stations and has been featured in an interview on BBC in 2004, what with his strong passion to see undergraduates, graduates and people of his continent come up with ideas that will cause business revolution and political decorum in Nigeria and Africa.
In 2019 March, he joined Polytechnic in Lagos as a part-time lecturer where he teaches HND students the Principles of Organizational Behavior and Citizenship Education for OND students then in 2023 he joined Secondary Schools in Lagos as a part-time teacher for English Language, Civil Education; Security Education, Government, Christian Religion Studies and Business Studies, along with Professional Training Human Resources and Project Management.
He is a trainer with the Professional School of Public Relations (PSPR).
